Location: Leicester studio (4 days in-office, optional Fridays remote)

We’re currently seeking a Project Manager with 6+ years of agency experience to lead and execute end-to-end creative projects, ensuring flawless delivery and strong client relationships.
The Role:
As a Project Manager, you’ll be a central point of contact for high-profile projects, from initial client brief to final execution. You’ll lead teams across disciplines, oversee timelines and budgets, and ensure that all deliverables align with our standards of quality and creativity. Your role is vital in maintaining the flow of our studio while consistently exceeding client expectations. You will report into our Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage diverse projects including brand campaigns, photoshoots, film shoots, retail design concepts, and digital experiences for global clients.
- Act as a primary client liaison, confidently leading meetings and maintaining & growing client relationships.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project flow through the design studio.
- Identify potential roadblocks early and develop solutions, managing client expectations throughout.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Proactively think holistically around client briefs to develop innovative solutions for varied and challenging requests.

Requirements
You Have:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience managing creative projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns for major brands.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide both clients and internal teams.
- A strategic mindset, capable of problem-solving and finding creative solutions to diverse, multi-layered briefs.
- A proactive self-starter who is passionate about exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining high attention to detail.
- Experience in writing, preparing, and formatting proposals, reports, and invoices.
- A background in Creative Problem-Solving Techniques: Familiarity with design thinking or other creative problem-solving methodologies, which could help the team brainstorm innovative solutions to client briefs.
- A full, clean driver’s license.
Nice-to-Haves:
- A great sense of humour—we love someone who brings positivity and energy to the team!
- Familiarity with collaboration tools, project management software, and standard design studio workflows.
- Experience with programs such as InDesign/PowerPoint aren’t essential, but will put you at an advantage.
