Summary of the role

This candidate will be a key player in Mynt’s creative design team – reporting to a Senior/Lead Creative, whilst helping to also encourage and inspire junior members of the team too.

This role requires an individual who can work in isolation to hit deadlines, but also work within a collaborative team – brainstorming ideas, contributing in client presentations /pitches. This person must have a high knowledge and ability of all major graphic design programs & applications. The successful candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic about design, branding, digital content and design-related trends & topics. This role is 4 days in the office (Mon-Thur) with optional Fridays at home.


  • Think creatively through active participation in client meetings and brainstorms.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of what the client needs.
  • Present a range of creative concepts and be able to succinctly and confidently present them both internally and in front of clients.
  • Work collaboratively, manage workloads and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Critique design work produced by the team in order to find the best solution to the client’s challenge/brief.
  • Become an integral and supportive member of a fast-paced, agile team.



  • Excellent knowledge of design applications in the Adobe CS suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, & After Effects.
  • Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D (or similar) experience would be advantageous.
  • A woking knowledge of Microsoft Suite is nice to have but not essential.
  • A great communicator and ability to ‘read the room’ – both in client meetings, but also in day-to-day agency/studio life.
  • Must be proactive when solving client briefs, and not wait to be told exactly what to do (you will be managed and not left alone, but we highly encourage our team to proactively suggest ideas and concepts in relation to challenging client briefs).
  • Excellent knowledge of how different creative disciplines have the power to influence all aspects of a brand experience – from brand propositions and identity design, retail graphics, interior design, motion graphics, and digital content.
  • Awareness of industry trends and new techniques.


  • Graphic Design Degree or similar Creative Degree/Qualification
  • 6+ years in a design role
  • Current portfolio to be submitted with your application
