|A Disruptive Challenge
Our task was to elevate the desirability of Blizzard’s new disruptive ski range – ‘Anomaly’.
Research taught us that Anomaly Skis are designed to stand out and change the game. Blizzard’s core audience for this range is those who do not wish to simply blend in with the crowd, and it was important to take this philosophy into the design of the product launch campaign.
The skis in this collection are engineered to cut faster and take over any part of the slopes, whilst providing ultimate control at all times. The product doesn’t sit back; it’s, bold, it’s in your face and the range enables the most exciting of ski experiences. And we wanted to reflect this within our creative output.
Campaign Lockup
We carefully crafted a confident statement to serve as the cornerstone of our campaign, seamlessly integrating the ‘Anomaly’ brand.
The phrase ‘No Ordinary Ski’ embodies a bold and disruptive attitude, perfectly capturing the essence of our message.
With our hero statement in place, we began experimenting with wider language to demonstrate how the campaign can align to different ski moments / terminologies / experiences.
Language Hierarchy
With each product in the range aimed at targeting different audiences, we introduced product-specific campaign language to help differentiate and sell-in the four ranges within the Anomaly collection.
