Repositioning challenger brand, Hyperoptic, as ‘Broadband’s Best-Kept Secret’ with the help of some excellent Trust Pilot reviews.
Our brief was to champion Hyperoptic’s customers and share their brand advocacy to people looking to switch broadband provider.
By using real people, real customer Trust Pilot reviews (and even a real Hyperoptic engineer!), we created an authentic and unpretentious doorstop relay where word spreads about how great Hyperoptic’s broadband really is.
The campaign spans TV, digital, social, OOH and printed direct mail.
We introduced the line, ‘Broadband’s Best-Kept Secret’ as a unique point of difference. Those who know about Hyperoptic don’t ever leave…and for those who are yet to experience Hyperoptic, this is an invitation into their secret club – because they really do deliver outstanding broadband speeds and service (but not everyone knows about them…shhh!)
To accompany the campaign film and supporting video assets, we captured stills of our broad audience enjoying and/or sharing the news of Hyperoptic from their own environments, whilst giving the campaign a diverse neighbourhood feel.
We introduced a new ‘5 Star’ wifi symbol to accompany customer reviews and wider campaign language, which is running across social posts, digital ads, TV, OOH and print.
Our flexible storyboards and efficient production planning allowed for the creation of tonnes of extra content to push the campaign far and wide across digital and social channels…
The campaign was wrapped up within a creative guideline with all print and digital artwork instructions to demonstrate how ‘Broadband’s Best-Kept Secret’ can come to life across all channels…
