La Sportiva’s new global retail concept begins in Arco – set against the dramatic backdrop of Castello di Arco – placing the brand experience within one of the world’s most iconic climbing destinations.
As La Sportiva expands beyond its mountaineering roots into new categories and product families, the challenge was clear: how to unify a growing product universe without losing the technical depth and authenticity that made it iconic in the first place.
Working in partnership with La Sportiva, we developed a flexible global retail system – one that balances precision with rawness, performance with heritage.
A modular toolkit designed to scale across flagship, specialist and factory formats, while remaining consistent in how the brand shows up around the world.
From immersive storytelling to tactile materials, every element is designed to bring people closer to the product, the craft, the brand and the mountain itself.
